PageTurn is a 100% local-first application. All the data you create — your uploaded documents, highlights, notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. VextoApps does not have a copy of it, can't access it, and can't restore it for you if you lose it.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your data. The app provides an export tool for this purpose, and I strongly encourage you to use it regularly.
PageTurn is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. I've worked hard to make it a reliable and high-quality reading tool, but I can't guarantee it will always be perfect, handle every document flawlessly, or meet your specific needs.
Any documents you upload are your own responsibility. VextoApps is not liable for any outcomes, consequences, or damages that may arise from your use of the app.
Please don't misuse the app. This includes trying to reverse-engineer it, using it for any illegal purposes, or doing anything that could harm the service or its users. Just be cool.
The PageTurn name, logo, and the overall design and feel of the app are the property of VextoApps. You're welcome to use the app for its intended purpose, but you may not copy or reproduce the branding or design without permission.
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll post the new version here. Your continued use of PageTurn after any changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
