PageTurn is a 100% local-first application. Everything you add or create — your documents, highlights, notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. VextoApps does not have a copy of it, can't access it, and can't restore it for you if you lose it.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your data. The app's export tool backs up your highlights, notes, bookmarks, collections, reading progress, and settings, and I strongly encourage you to use it regularly. It doesn't include the document files themselves, so keep your own copies of the originals.
PageTurn is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. I've worked hard to make it a reliable and high-quality reading tool, but I can't guarantee it will always be perfect, handle every document flawlessly, or meet your specific needs.
Any documents you open in PageTurn are your own responsibility. VextoApps is not liable for any outcomes, consequences, or damages that may arise from your use of the app.
Please don't misuse the app. This includes using it for any illegal purposes or doing anything that could harm the service or its users. Just be cool.
PageTurn's source code is open source under the MIT License, so you're free to use, copy, and modify the code under its terms. The PageTurn name and logo belong to VextoApps: please don't use them in a way that suggests your version is the official PageTurn or is endorsed by VextoApps.
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll post the new version here. Your continued use of PageTurn after any changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
